A: Yes! Our bottles are made from 100% pure copper to provide authentic Ayurvedic health benefits.

Q: Are your bottles coated or lined inside?
A: No. Our bottles are not lined with any plastic or chemicals — they are pure copper inside and out.

Q: How do I clean my copper bottle?
A: Clean your bottle with a mixture of lemon juice and salt or use a copper cleaning solution. Rinse well and dry with a soft cloth.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Q: How long does shipping take?

USA: 10–15 business days
International: 10–21 business days (varies by country)

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real-time.


Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payments are securely processed in USD.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at hello@coppercraze.com. Once shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Q: My payment was declined. What should I do?
A: Double-check your billing info, try another card, or contact your bank. You can also try using PayPal or another method.


Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Q: How do I request a return?

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
